Great for nails!
Due to a sequel of the Covid (cacosmia) I am disgusted by a lot of foods and right now I have a practically vegetarian diet and my nails have become very weak (I passed the Covid in January 2021 and currently in September 2021 I still have difficulties to eat meat, fish, eggs,...). I have been taking biotin every day for a week now and I am already noticing an improvement in my nails.
Debido a una secuela del Covid (cacosmia) me dan asco muchísimos alimentos y tengo ahora mismo una dieta prácticamente vegetariana y se me han debilitado muchísimo las uñas (pasé el Covid en enero del 2021 y actualmente en septiembre del 2021 sigo teniendo dificultades para comer carnes, pescados, huevos,...). Llevo una semana tomando biotina todos los días y ya estoy notando mejoría en las uñas.
