Wonderful. It is 100% effective over time, but you have to be consistent. My daughter has a lot of hair, but for quite a long period of time, her hair was falling out a lot (it was not normal), as well as her nails were breaking a lot and she was in a lot of pain from an ACL operation on her left knee (which she has had for years). Mi hija tiene muchísima mata de pelo, pero durante un periodo de tiempo bastante largo, se le caía el pelo una barbaridad (no era normal), así como se le rompían mucho las uñas y le dolía mucho una operación de LCA de la rodilla izquierda (de la que está operada desde hace años).
