Optimizing rest

I use it to give quality rest because before after intense workouts it was difficult for me to get to sleep and I woke up tired.

Good product

Good product for its composition and packaging, but the format is too large tablets.

Fairly well

The truth is that it is quite good, my partner and I take it, he for restless legs and loaded by excessive muscle building, and he is doing quite well, and I for tired and loaded legs, and vitamin D, for having it low and taking many supplements to raise it and with this I only take one supplement.

Good product

Delighted with the product. The only downside is that they are 2 pills three times a day and that in my opinion is a drag when you take more medication and supplements.
