Energy for the whole day
That said, unlike a coffee that gives you the high and then the low like a roller coaster, these caffeine tablets are released gradually throughout the day. On the other hand, it's very economical and doesn't give me heartburn, which coffee does.

Very easy to take
The size of the tablets is perfect, which makes them very easy to swallow, getting 200mg of caffeine quickly. I recommend taking them about 30 minutes before training to ensure a good activation peak.

Caffeine 200mg
What I am looking for
Caffeine in capsules, provides the extra dose to finish the day. I usually take it in the middle of the morning, because if I take it in the afternoon, it's harder for me to fall asleep.

It shows
Ideal supplement for when you don't drink coffee but need its effects. You notice its boost in training and even the increase in concentration if used for intellectual activities. Standard dosage in each tablet, but enough to notice it, and at an unbeatable price.

When I feel like I'm going to have a busy morning, I take a pill and I feel much more active, for everything my boss tells me to do (which is no small thing).
