Simply caffeine, as a coffee lover I prefer to drink one or more black coffees or a coffee cut without sugar, but if you do not like coffee or do not have sources of caffeine at hand effective and essential, for sports performance, body definition, cognitive performance. Beware of continuous consumption... it is advisable to do a couple of cleansing of receptors per year.
Simplemente cafeína, como amante del café prefiero tomarme uno o varios cafés solo o un cortados sin azúcar, pero si no te gusta el café o no tienes fuentes de cafeína a mano eficaz e imprescindible, para rendimiento deportivo, definición corporal, rendimiento cognitivo. Cuidado con el consumo continuado... recomendable hacer un par de limpiezas de receptores al año.
