Super!

I decided to try them because I'm not much of a coffee person, so I'm not used to caffeine either. I have tried them both for studying and for training and I have noticed that I perform much better, they provide that shot of energy that is sometimes needed.

Energy bonus

If you need a boost of energy without the stomach upset of coffee and a lot cheaper. I take it just before I go to the gym and it goes great.
