For that reason alone I recommend it. Besides, in combination with eating a little better and exercising, I lost weight considerably. Aparte en combinación con comer un poco mejor y hacer ejercicio baje de peso considerablemente. No digo que sea mérito único de este suplemento, pero a mi me ayudó a contenerme en momentos de hambre o por la noche que solía levantarme a picotear lo primero que veía para poder dormir.
