The capsule is tasteless if taken with a little water. The effects may be that you may notice a little more memory and concentration, but I'm not entirely sure. In what I have noticed more effect in the sexual and also and perhaps on the subject of memory, attention and concentration, although I do not have all with me and for sure that this extract has an effect on everything that is said about it.
