I took it for a while
When taking omega 3 already comes with vitamin E so I stopped taking it. I started it for the vascular benefits. Over a period of time it should be noticeable. However, you should not exceed the dose because it is fat-soluble, and that means that in case of excess it accumulates in different tissues. Keep this in mind.
Al tomar omega 3 ya viene vitamina E por lonque dejé de tomarlo. La empecé por los beneficios a nivel vascular. A lo largo de un tiempo debe notarse. Sim embargo no debes exceder la dosis ya que es liposoluble, y eso implica que el organismo en caso de exceso se acumula en diferentes tejidos. Tenlo en cuenta.
