A basic for proper absorption of D3
I take it 1 hour after vitamin D3 to aid in its proper absorption. K2 is essential for calcium not to build up in the arteries and go to the bones, which is interesting even for cardiovascular health. Once I finish that bottle I will move on to D3 with K2 together.
