Isolated pea protein
A pleasant product that also allows good digestion. Favorite flavors: salted caramel and vanilla and caramel. Its texture is a little denser than that offered by soy protein. I also like the pea version, although I prefer the soy one. It has less variety of flavors. But it's a good alternative when the soy favorites are sold out.

I will preface this by saying that I purchased this type of protein for mere testing. After weeks of use, I have drawn these impressions: 1)Price among the best on the market. 2)Taste and mixability good although far from what we are used to with whey. I got the vanilla one. Good, not cloying; 3)Digestibility slightly heavier than whey. I would buy them again.
Premetto di aver acquistato questa tipologia di proteine per mera prova. A distanza di settimane di utilizzo, ho tratto queste impressioni:
1)Prezzo tra i migliori sul mercato.
2)Gusto e miscelabilità buoni anche se lontani da quello a cui siamo abituati con le whey. Io ho preso quello a vaniglia. Buono, non stucchevole;
3)Digeribilità leggermente più pesanti rispetto alle whey. Le ricomprerei.

Good flavor and texture
I have tried other pea proteins and this one did not convince me at first, but I have been getting used to it and I have already bought it twice. I have also used it to make cakes with oatmeal and they are quite good, although you have to be careful because the cake can be dry if you do not add a little more vegetable milk than the recipe states. Overall, I would recommend it.
He probado otras proteínas de guisante y esta al principio no me convencía del todo, pero me he ido acostumbrando y ya la he comprado dos veces. La he usado también para hacer bizcochos con harina de avena y quedan bastante bien, aunque hay que tener cuidado porque el bizcocho puede quedar seco si no se añade un poco más de leche vegetal de la que marca la receta. En general, la recomendaría.

Taste could be improved
The protein has good nutritional value and very good value for money but the vanilla flavor and the chocolate cookie flavor need a lot of work to improve. The vanilla does not taste like vanilla and the chocolate tastes like 120 percent pure chocolate.
