Quality is the most important

An exceptional ratio of branched amino acids, with a very good dissolution. Perfect for before, during and after training.

Bcaa 4:1:1

Excellent value for money. Due to its high concentration of Leucine, it's ideal for mixing with a plant-based protein, for example. I recommend it to everyone.

Very pleased.

It fulfills its function quite well especially for training on an empty stomach. Tastes weird without sweeteners but no pain no gain.

Excellent product

Ideal to take before, after or during workouts; very good dissolution. The only thing I would change is the packaging, it would be better if it was in a bottle.

Good, but best consumed with a balanced diet.

It is fine as a supplement in times of very beastly diet, but better to consume them with your daily proteins in a well-made diet.

Indispensable

I use it in combination with pea protein, which is low in BCAAs. I also use them as an alternative to EEAA and on fasting days to avoid losing muscle. Also after training to avoid stiffness.

BCAA's instant 4:1:1 2.0

Effective but very bitter

It works quite well after training along with creatine and Glutamine but it has a super bitter taste, I add a little squeezed lemon and it goes great. You can feel the amino acids.
