Well if you don't like the taste of creatine
I like it because you avoid measuring quantities and preparing unpalatable concoctions. With the pills you just take it and that's it. I take it 3 times a day for maintenance and it works very well.

Perfect for travel
I usually take Creapure creatine powder, but when traveling these pills are perfect for not having to give explanations at airports and not having to go weighing or measuring the dose. They are a little big in size and sometimes it can be hard to swallow them, but anyway they fulfill their function, I recommend them 100%.
Normalmente consumo creatina Creapure en polvo, pero a la hora de viajar estas pastillas son perfectas para no tener que dar explicaciones en aeropuertos y para no tener que ir pesando o midiendo la dosis.
Son un poco grandes de tamaño y a veces puede costar tragarlas, pero de todas formas cumplen su función, las recomiendo 100%.
