Combined with glucosamine and chondroitin
I combine them with chondroitin and glucosamine. I was taking the other two for a couple of months and I did notice much less pain, plus my knees were less loaded. I took it during the summer, as I had some intense travel. It went surprisingly well. Then I took a break and now I have ordered again, adding the MSM ones. I still don't know if I will notice the difference

Effective against tendon pain.
I started taking it a month ago for a tendon injury. And, together with the glucosamine, the pain has decreased. I will continue with this product. The only drawback is that the pills are too large to swallow whole.
Empecé a tomarlo hace un mes por una lesión de un tendón. Y, unido a la glucosamina, el dolor ha disminuido. Seguiré con este producto. Como único inconveniente es que las pastillas son demasiado grandes para tragarlas enteras.
