Pleasant surprise
I didn't expect to like this protein so much. After a long time of using Whey, I switched to soy because of the price hike, but the truth is I won't be changing it again. It sits well and tastes good (the strawberry one in particular, brutal). The only thing to note is that it thickens when you prepare the shake, but to be honest I don't care.
No me esperaba que me fuera a gustar tanto esta proteína. Después de estar mucho tiempo consumiendo Whey, me pasé a la de soja por la subida de precio, pero la verdad es que no la voy a volver a cambiar. Sienta muy bien y está buena (la de fresa en concreto, brutal). Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que espesa cuando preparas el batido, pero a mi la verdad es que no me importa.
