Very tasty and digestive
I loved this protein. I don't like dairy products and besides, they are terrible for me, so I find this option perfect. They digest great. The vanilla flavor is very natural and smooth. The speculoos is more intense and sweet but it is delicious with vegetable milk, yogurt and oatmeal preparations. The Chai latte is my favorite, neither too sweet nor too intense. The strawberry one is not bad either.
