Incredible for definition by needing much more water and being more satiating than other proteins. I was surprised by the taste. Only one drawback. In times of volume may be too satiating and make it difficult to eat everything you need, although in definition that is a plus.

I always buy chocolate, and I took advantage of the fact that there is a sample of this type to order strawberry. Not bad, a 6 out of 10 because it doesn't taste artificial or too sweet. But I prefer unsweetened chocolate for taste. Otherwise, like the rest, it dissolves well, is satiating, and feels good.

For me the best soy protein ever tried. Very good solubility with shaker. I also use them as a meal replacement because being dense they give a sense of satiety. Great custard flavor.

Custard flavor quite achieved, dissolves very well and feels great. It is not heavy even though it is sweet. The only downside would be the bag it comes in, which is difficult to close with the self-closing and breaks. Everything else 10.
