Instant oat flour
Good volume product
I used to add it in my shakes to gain weight and it works great, you add carbs easily. I liked the vanilla flavor.

Good product
It is a good product because they have good flavors, the bad thing is not being able to buy single doses because it has to be at least 5, and I would like to take several flavors for something I take single doses.

Instant oat flour
Practical and ready for pancakes
I use it to make pancakes with egg whites, a banana and cinnamon. What I don't like is the packaging.

Instant oat flour
Perfect for breakfast
They dissolve great, have a light and pleasant vanilla flavor and are perfect for pre-workout pancakes if you add a scoop of protein, yeast and egg. Highly recommended.
Super recomendable.
