Instant oat flour
Ideal
After several months of taking flavored oatmeal, I decided to switch to this one without additives and without flavor and I don't regret it at all. Its texture in shakes is great, it dissolves very well with the HSN metal shaker and I usually combine it as a post workout with the natural chocolate evowhey. I totally recommend it especially for the price.

Very good
It comes in handy for cooking desserts without having to add sugar. I ordered the chocolate and cookies flavor and liked it.

Very good product
I love this oatmeal, a super fine powder that dissolves very well, with the same nutrients as oatmeal.

I always take it in my breakfasts as a source of carbohydrates mixed with protein powder.

Breakfast turned
I was looking for a flour that didn't make the usual lumps, and this is perfect. I use it every morning for porridge: it comes creamy in two minutes. The taste is super natural and it keeps hunger at bay until lunch without weighing you down. Also great for making pancakes on the fly on the weekend

It seems to me a beastly quality and price. I have looked at markets and stores and without a doubt I'll take this one for its texture, solubility and flavor, very good for making pancakes and pancakes.
