Brownie flavor
Very versatile flour with spectacular results in all elaborations, the flavor is unbeatable. It is easier to make a healthy sponge cake with this type of flour, which helps with sweet cravings.

Instant oat flour
Essential in my diet
I always choose the brownie flavor, I mix it with egg whites and fruit and they are awesome pancakes, good dissolution and flavor, the only point that I would improve would be the bag in which it is delivered.

Instant oatmeal never fails
In my case without added flavors, I do not complicate myself in case one day I feel like a healthy breakfast or dessert, highly recommended.
