I bought this protein because I am intolerant to whey and casein proteins. As I read that it foamed a lot, I didn't mix it in a shaker, but by hand with a spoon and slowly, and it foams like an egg. I think about it and I say: it's normal, if it's egg it has to be like that! So well, the Caribbean vanilla flavor is fine, very smooth, maybe even too smooth. The texture is different from other proteins, like a bit viscous. Next times I think I will try to dissolve it in more water. As for digestion is wonderful, it does not give gas problems or sickness, as it happens to me with whey.
He comprado esta proteína porque soy intolerante a las proteínas de suero de leche y caseínas. Como leí que hacía mucha espuma, no la mezclé en shaker, sino a mano con una cuchara y despacito, y a un así hace espuma como la del huevo. Lo pienso y digo: es normal, si es huevo tiene que ser así! Así que bueno, el sabor de vainilla caribeña está bien, muy suave, quizás demasiado suave incluso. La textura es distinta a otras proteínas, como un poco viscosa. Las próximas veces creo que probaré a disolver en más agua. En cuanto a digestión es una maravilla, no da problemas de gases ni enfermas, como me pasa con las whey.

Delicious taste with the best quality protein
The chosen flavor (Caribbean vanilla) is surprisingly riqísimo, very tasty and not cloying at all. Just mixing it with water is a super tasty shake, I have not tried it with milk. The protein is of very good quality (non-caged hens raised on the ground) and comes with all the aminogram described so you know what amino acids it includes. It comes with a scoop to measure the amount and tells you exactly how many scoops you should incorporate. It contains practically no fats or carbohydrates, protein of the highest quality.
El sabor escogido (vainilla caribeña) está sorprendentemente riqísimo, muy sabroso y no empalaga nada. Tan solo mezclándolo con agua queda un batido super sabroso, con leche no lo he probado. La proteína es de muy buena calidad (gallinas no enjauladas criadas en suelo) y viene con todo el aminograma descrito para que sepas que aminoácidos incluye. Viene con un scoop (cucharon) para medir la cantidad y te dice exactamente cuantos cazos debes incorporar. No contiene grasas ni practicamente carbohidratos, proteína de la mejor calidad.
