Quality protein and original flavors
The Caribbean vanilla and white chocolate & lemon flavors are a must, they are delicious. For lactose intolerant people, it is a very good alternative to whey (protein of the highest biological value) and soy protein. The texture is more "powdery" than other types of protein (it looks like silky sand, much less sticky than others). It dissolves much better than other proteins, so I recommend shaking a little with the shaker, otherwise a lot of foam comes out (unless you want it to).
Los sabores de vainilla caribeña y chocolate blanco & limón son obligatorios, están de vicio. Para los intolerantes a la lactosa, es muy buena alternativa al whey (proteína del más alto valor biológico) y a la de soja. La textura es más "polvo" que otros tipos de proteína (parece arena sedosa, mucho menos pegajosa que otras).
Se disuelve muchísimo mejor que otras proteínas, por lo que recomiendo agitar poco con el shaker, porque si no sale mucha espuma (salvo que deseas que la tenga).
