Good protein
It dissolves very well. The only thing is that it doesn't have as much flavor as others, and when you shake it a bit it whips up a bit like egg whites.

Good product. Strawberry flavor is tasty, dissolves well in skim milk. Good value for money. An extra supply of protein always comes in handy when training intensely. It digests very well. Helps recovery and to maintain or increase muscle mass. As things to improve I would prefer it to be a little less sweet, milder flavor and a little less thickener. Thickeners are products that cost money and do not provide healthy value, in my opinion the less the better.
Buen producto. Sabor fresa está rico, se disuelve bien en leche desnatada. Buena relación calidad precio. un aporte extra de proteínas siempre viene bien cuando se entrena intensamente. Se digiere muy bien. Ayuda a la recuperación y a mantener o aumentar la masa muscular. Como cosas a mejorar yo preferiría que fuera un poco menos dulce, sabor más suave y algo menos de espesante. Los espesantes son productos que cuestan dinero y que no aportan valor saludable, en mi opinión cuanto menos, mejor

Very good option to have the best of the egg
For those of us who have been training and eating effectively to reach our goals for decades, this is an optimal way to get the best protein there is: egg white protein. Easy to consume by adding it to food by choosing the unflavored one, or taking it as a shake during intake. There is no need to cook it, which is ideal, and both storing and preserving it is very simple. You forget about the expiration date of liquid egg whites and eggs, in each case. I would give a more intense flavor to each flavor, although this may just be my palate and others may find it more pleasant. Lastly to say that, from what I have read in other comments, there is no need to mix it like a milkshake, as it dissolves very well. I move it with my wrist or with a spoon until it dissolves, and that way it avoids creating foam. A very TOP product that I personally cannot miss in my macros.
Para las personas que llevamos varias décadas entrenando y alimentándonos de forma efectiva para alcanzar objetivos, esta es una manera óptima de conseguir la mejor proteína que existe: la de la clara de huevo. Fácil de consumir añadiéndolas a la comida eligiendo la sin sabor, o tomándola como batido durante la ingesta. No hace falta cocinarla, lo cual es idóneo, y tanto almacenarla como su conservación es muy sencillo. Te olvidas de la fecha de caducidad de las claras líquidas y de los huevos, en cada caso.
Le daría un sabor más intenso a cada sabor, aunque esto puede que sea sólo mi paladar y que a otros les resulte más agradable. Por último decir que, por lo leído en otros comentarios, no hace falta mezclar como un batido, ya que se disuelve muy bien. Yo lo muevo con la muñeca o con cuchara hasta que se disuelve, y de esa manera se evita que cree espuma.
Un producto muy TOP que personalmente no puede faltar en mis macros.
