Good product. Strawberry flavor is tasty, dissolves well in skim milk. Good value for money. An extra supply of protein always comes in handy when training intensely. It digests very well. Helps recovery and to maintain or increase muscle mass. As things to improve I would prefer it to be a little less sweet, milder flavor and a little less thickener. Thickeners are products that cost money and do not provide healthy value, in my opinion the less the better.
