Better than liquid egg whites
I use it to prepare oatmeal pancakes for breakfast and it is more convenient and economical than the typical canned liquid egg whites. Good aminogram. I recommend the raw flavor and add your own cocoa, cinnamon, fruit, etc...

Good alternative to whey
I bought the lemon and white chocolate flavor, which is very good, very well done. At first I used a shaker but it generated a lot of foam, but mixed with a fruit smoothie it dissolves great.
