I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago and since then I have been on the patch but it was very hard for me to lose weight and it didn't do me any good, I wanted to find a more natural way to solve my problem. I started with a nutritionist a month ago and two months ago I started taking inositol (4gr a day) and finally I got my period without using any type of contraceptive!
