For me the best product in the entire store and super recommended for PCOS. It helps with pre-mental physical and mood symptoms, also to feel less anxiety. If you stop taking it it shows, so for all women it should be sacred to take it every day. I wish the meter was bigger, I don't have a problem with the bottle.
