Perfect for sop
I suffer from PCOS and was afraid to go off the pill. My nutritionist recommended starting Inositol and I no longer suffer from severe belly pains. Even my acne has improved a lot. She says to take it after every meal but I used to forget, I took the 3 shots after breakfast and it's great for me.

I have been taking it for almost a month for PCOS and the truth is that I notice less discomfort in my ovaries, I usually had pain almost all month (with more or less intensity). Now I don't feel it so much, anyway it is convenient to wait until I have been taking it daily for 3 months. To put a downside, the package is very narrow and I have to put my whole hand to get the scoop.
Llevo casi un mes tomándolo por SOP y la verdad que noto menos molestias en los ovarios, normalmente tenía dolores casi todo el mes (con más o menos intensidad). Ahora no lo noto tanto, de todos modos es conveniente esperar a llevar 3 meses tomándolo a diario. Por poner una pega, el paquete es muy estrecho y tengo que meter la mano entera para coger el cacito
