I have been taking this inositol for years, it was recommended to me for PCOS and it works great. It regulates my period a lot. It doesn't relieve me of the pain of the symptoms but it does work to regulate it, and that's enough for me. It's great. It has no taste and I take it every morning with my coffee, juice, cocoa or whatever I have for breakfast.
