Great against hair loss
I suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome, so I have to watch my diet and take some supplements. One of the worst symptoms I have is hair loss, it usually falls out in torrents. I started taking inositol and I had in mind that it was going to help me regulate my period and with mood swings, which it did, but my surprise has been with the hair loss, it has decreased a lot. Happy.
Sufro de ovario poliquístico, por lo que tengo que cuidar la dieta y apoyarme de algunos suplementos. Uno de los peores síntomas que tengo es la caída del pelo, normalmente se me cae a raudales. Comencé a tomar inositol y tenía en mente que me iba a ayudar a regular el periodo y con los cambios de ánimo, cosa que sí hizo, pero mi sorpresa ha sido con la caída del pelo, ha disminuido mucho.
