I used to take the one that comes in capsules, but since I have to take 4g daily now for PCOS and insulin resistance, it's better to take it pure. They should make bigger packets.

Tomaba el que viene en cápsulas, pero como debo tomar ahora 4g diarios para SOP y resistencia a la insulina, es mejor tomarlo puro. Deberían hacer paquetes más grandes.
