I use it to relieve feelings of distress that I guess are related to lack of age hormones and it works perfectly for me, I've been taking it for a few months now and much more relaxed. I wish I had known about it earlier for PCOS, with those I've been through. I highly recommend it.

I can only comment that I have been taking it continuously for several months and, at least in my case, I did not notice the difference. It may be that hormonal imbalances, in some cases like mine, are due to stress or lifestyle, and not so much to food. It is all a matter of trying.
