Sweet, easy to drink

Alternative to the pill
I started taking inositol years ago as an alternative to taking the birth control pill for hormonal problems. It has worked very well for me. In this presentation it is cheaper than in capsules.

Phenomenal
I use it to relieve feelings of distress that I guess are related to lack of age hormones and it works perfectly for me, I've been taking it for a few months now and much more relaxed. I wish I had known about it earlier for PCOS, with those I've been through. I highly recommend it.

In my case, it has not been effective
I can only comment that I have been taking it continuously for several months and, at least in my case, I did not notice the difference. It may be that hormonal imbalances, in some cases like mine, are due to stress or lifestyle, and not so much to food. It is all a matter of trying.
Sólo puedo comentar que estuve tomándolo varios meses de manera continuada y, al menos, en mi caso, no noté la diferencia.

I started taking it because it was the best priced inositol I could find, after 3 months I can say that I don't feel the same discomfort when ovulating and during my period, although I can't say if it was a causal relationship or if it is due to other factors. I think I can say that my acne is reduced, or at least the inflammation is reduced, when I take it vs. when I don't take it for several days.
Lo empecé a tomar porque fue el inositol a mejor precio que encontré, después de 3 meses puedo decir que no me noto las mismas molestias al ovular y durante la regla, aunque no sabría decir si ha sido una relación causal o es debido a otros factores. Creo que puedo afirmar que mi acné se reduce, o al menos rebaja la inflamación, cuando lo tomo vs cuando no durante varios días.
