They are very chopped and fine davena flakes (don't think of classic davena flakes). I highly recommend them for preparations such as oatmeal and the like. Unbeatable value for money

Another food staple (along with greens, yeast, peanut butter...) I use it every day along with cocoa inulin, which is delicious (sweet but sugar-free).
