Excellent choice
Thin whole grain flakes are an excellent choice for breakfast. They are more digestible than the ones from the supermarket and taste better. Since I discovered them, I don't eat anything else for breakfast. Congratulations to the HSN guys.

I like them very much
Same properties as mercadona oatmeal but more edible and sweeter. Really VERY good oatmeal. I recommend it 100%. In my case I bought the 3kg and the bag is too big, I would prefer a jar, other than that, PERFECT.
Mismas propiedades que la avena del mercadona pero más comestibles y más dulces. Realmente MUY buena avena. La recomiendo al 100%. En mi caso compré los 3kg y la bolsa es muuy grande, se preferiría un bote, quitando eso, PERFECTO.

For those who like to make porridge oats with very soft pieces, it is very good. For overnight oats I recommend coarse flakes.
