One of the best oat flakes on the market.

I had tried oat flakes from other brands and they always caused me heavy digestions. But I have been using this HSN oatmeal for a long time and I have not had any problem, even without hydrating it previously. Highly recommended.

Había probado copos de avena de otras marcas y siempre me provocaban digestiones pesadas. Pero hace tiempo que consumo esta avena de HSN y no he tenido ningún problema, incluso sin hidratarla previamente. Recomendable.
