Good quality flakes
I've been using them for a few weeks now and they seem to be of good quality, I usually take them for breakfast and they are very good, plus with the 3kg package you have enough...it comes with a measuring spoon which helps me a lot with the quantities.
Llevo unas semanas utilizándolos y parecen de buena calidad, suelo tomarlo para el desayuno y sientan muy bien.
además de que con el paquete de 3kg tienes para bastante...viene con una cucharilla medidora algo que me ayuda
