Very good
I had previously tried oat flakes a little thicker and of another brand and I was not very convinced. However, I love these for making porridge as well as for pancakes, biscuits or even milkshakes.

Rolled oats, not oat flakes
Just another way to eat oatmeal and incorporate it into your breakfasts and/or smoothies. They are more like crushed oatmeal than the typical oat flakes themselves, of course. Otherwise, they have a good texture and, most importantly, they are whole grain, with all their fiber and minerals.
Simplemente otra manera más de comer avena e incorporarla a tus desayunos y/o batidos. Eso sí se asemejan más a avena triturada que a los típicos copos de avena propiamente dichos, vaya por delante. Por lo demás tienen buena textura y, lo más importante, son integrales, con toda su fibra y minerales.

Very good and fine flakes are very well diluted in milk for breakfast I mix them with other cereals and I get very good I recommend them and more with the offer that pille the bag of 3kg I will buy it again.
