Perfect for me
I use them to make oat cakes and egg whites for breakfast, I have been buying them for years and they always give me good results. To this day I have not found any that matches them in quality and price. I recommend them.

They are not bad tasting, but it is the first time I bought them and it is not what I expected. They are not flakes or flakes are a kind of "crushed" without being a flour. If this is what you are looking for it is perfect if not you may be a little disappointed.
