Very good

Thinner oats than we are used to, great for making some oatmeal.

Fine whole grain oat flakes

Great breakfast

It makes a great breakfast, only accompanied by cinnamon or any flavored flour, the better.

Good taste and nourishes

It tastes good. With a ladle you have enough for a glass of milk.

Very good

I love them, they are crunchier than the ones I buy in the supermarket, and cheaper. I will repeat

I do not miss in my diet

I put it with my isolate soy protein and I love it... The perfect contribution... It is already a fundamental part of my diet ...
