Very good composition

It has a very high proportion of protein, however the taste is not too pleasant if you do not add fruit or milk for example. If you are looking for a high percentage of protein and good composition at the expense of taste, it will suit you well.

Tiene una proporción muy elevada de proteínas, sin embargo el sabor no es demasiado agradable si no le añades fruta o leche por ejemplo. Si eres de los que busca un porcentaje elevado de proteínas y buena composición a costa del sabor, te irá bien.

Not bad

I don't understand much about proteins since I am new to this type of food, the taste is not entirely neutral, I make it with coffee since it camouflages the strange and slightly bitter taste that it can have.

No entiendo mucho de proteínas ya que soy nuevo con este tipo de alimentación, el sabor no es del todo neutro, yo me la hecho con café ya que este camufla bastante el sabor raro y un poco amargo que puede llegar a tener

Better without flavor.

I buy them unflavored and mix them with the evohydro to avoid taking so many sweeteners, they work very well and dissolve beautifully. Everything is perfect.

Yo las compro sin sabor y las mezclo con la evohydro para no tomar tantos edulcorantes, funcionan muy bien y se disuelven de cine. Todo perfect.

The purest

For a long time I have been looking for a protein supplement with the highest possible pure protein value and no sweet taste or lactose, and this one from the RAW range is the best I have found. The dose of pure protein is so high that with one serving I know how much real protein I am consuming. I have tried other protein supplements of various processed and flavors and all of them are terrible for me because of the lactose and other additives (lots of gas, stomach and digestive discomfort). Fortunately with this protein I can now reach my daily dose of protein without using large amounts or unpleasant side effects. At first I was a little apprehensive about the taste after reading some comments, but I take 30 grams with a protein yogurt from Mercadona and camouflages the taste quite well and already in a couple of days I got used to it so much that I love it even as a dessert. Diluted in liquid I have not dared to try it, I find it more palatable and I do not dare to do it. In powder as it is with a yogurt it goes great. The format is too small for me since I consume this protein daily, so I've been ordering the 2 kg one for a few times now. I put it in a cereal or legume dispenser and this way it is easier and more convenient to weigh it.

Hace mucho tiempo que buscaba un suplemento de proteína con el valor de proteína pura mas alto posible y que no tuviera sabor dulce ni lactosa, y este de la gama RAW es el mejor que he encontrado. La dosis de proteína pura es tan alta que con casa porción ya se cuanta real estoy consumiendo. He probado otros suplementos de proteína de varios procesados y sabores y todos me sientan fatal por la lactosa y más aditivos que ponen. (Muchos gases, malestares estomacales y digestivos) Afortunadamente con esta proteína ya puedo conseguir llegar a mi dosis diaria de proteína sin utilizar grandes cantidades ni efectos secundarios desagradables. Al principio me daba algo de reparo lo del sabor tras leer algunos comentarios, pero yo me tomo 30 grs con un yogur de proteína del Mercadona y se camufla el sabor bastante bien y ya en un par de días me acostumbré tanto que ya me encanta hasta como postre. Diluido en líquido no me he atrevido a probarla, me parece asi mas paladable y no me animo a ello. En polvo tal cual con un yogur va genial. El formato se me queda pequeño ya que consumo esta proteína a diario, asi que ya llevo unos cuantos pedidos cogiendo el de 2kgs. Lo meto en un dispensador de cereales o legumbres y asi es mas sencillo y cómodo para pesarlo.

Living purity

For those who do not tolerate lactose well, or have bloating when taking whey proteins, these are ideal, they do not cause that discomfort as whey, now the taste is a little difficult to assimilate, you have to mix it with something strong flavor to counteract. I am still waiting to see if the benefits are effective...for now I have good vibes.

Unas proteínas, que para quien no tolere bien la lactosa, o tenga hinchazón al tomar las de whey, estas son ideales, no causan ese malestar como las whey, ahora el sabor es un poco difícil de asimilar, hay que mezclarlo con algo de sabor fuerte para contrarrestar. A falta de ver poco a poco los beneficios si son efectivos.. por ahora tengo buenas vibras.

Perfect

For many years I had not realized how bad casein and milk protein hurt, bloated my stomach and made constant bile noises. I thought that being filtered they were pure. For years I have been wrecking my stomach making me gain weight not realizing how bad dairy is for me. Now I only take meat proteins and immediately feel the difference this is the best one of all.

Durante muchos años no me había dado cuenta de lo mal que me dolía la caseína y la proteína de la leche, me hinchan el estómago y hacen ruidos constantes de bilis. Pensé que siendo filtrados eran puros. Durante años me he estado destrozando el estómago haciéndome subir de peso sin darme cuenta de lo malos que son los productos lácteos para mí.
