Use evocarbs
I have been using it for training and I like it. The lemon flavor is top. I have a question about using it as a hypotonic bottle to use before a half marathon. Use the same dose (2 scoops in 500ml) or is it different. Combine with evolytes salts and for the race use the evoenergy gels.
Llevo usándolo en entrenos y me gusta. El sabor limón es top. Tengo una duda sobre poder usarlo como bidón hipotónico para usarlo antes de una media maratón. Usar la misma dosis ( 2 scoops en 500ml) o es diferente. Combinarlos con sales evolytes y para la carrera usar los geles evoenergy.

Very tasty
I ordered the pineapple. I thought it was going to be sugar water, but no way. It tastes great and is not cloying. It's a pleasure to drink it and, being hydrated and boosted by everything it contains, you perform better and can push yourself harder. I highly recommend it!

Today is the first time I try it. I bought the neutral flavor because it was the cheapest one. The taste is really good because it is like a soft candy and it is excellent for me so it does not make me sick to my stomach.
