I bought the unflavored one, because I prefer it to be as natural as possible...it is stronger than I thought...but I got used to it...you can mix it with natural juice to disguise its bitterness.

Very remarkable results

A couple of months ago I decided to incorporate this product into my pre-workout. After doing a lot of research and reading several studies about its possible benefits on sports performance and muscle mass gain, I wanted to try it for a while. I do fasted strength training and along with creatine I have noticed an extra boost of energy. I have waited a few months to really see its effectiveness and the change is evident. I have gained quite a bit of muscle mass and I am thrilled, I really think it is worth it. I use the neutral flavor and it's true that it's not at all pleasant but you get used to it. I recommend it!

Tras investigar mucho y leer varios estudios sobre sus posibles beneficios en el rendimiento deportivo y en el aumento de masa muscular, quise probarlo durante un tiempo. Hago entrenamiento de fuerza en ayunas y junto con la creatina he notado un extra de energía. He esperado unos meses para realmente ver su efectividad y el cambio es evidente. He ganado bastante masa muscular y estoy encantada, realmente creo que vale la pena. Uso el sabor neutro y es cierto que no es nada agradable pero uno se acostumbra. ¡Lo recomiendo!
