I have been taking it continuously for a long time, I take it first thing in the morning along with creatine and a gram of vitamin C, although since it is hydrolyzed it is not necessary. The taste is quite neutral and the price at HSN is very good and the product is of high quality. The only thing I don't like is the packaging.

Hace mucho que la tomo de forma continuada, la tomo a primera hora junto con creatina y un gramo de vitamina C, aunque al ser hidrolizado no hace falta. El sabor es bastante neutro y el precio en HSN es muy bueno y el producto de calidad. Lo único que no me gusta es el envase.

Good value for money

The quality of the product is very good. We mix it at home with flavored whey, so we use the unflavored version. With shaker it mixes great.
