Collagen is always present in my house, it works great since it has no taste, I put it in my coffee every morning and it works very well. After some time taking it I notice it a lot in my joints as well as in my skin.

I have been taking it for almost a year now. I like to mix it with the salted caramel flavored collagen. This one is just a neutral flavor. I take it with coffee so I don't mind it not tasting like anything either. I notice better joints and less back pain.
