Improved skin

I have been taking it daily for several months and I notice improvement especially in the quality of the skin and hair. I have not noticed any improvement in my joints. I take it dissolved in coffee or milk because the neutral taste is not very pleasant. Next time I will try another flavored format.

Llevo varios meses tomándolo a diario y noto mejora sobre todo en la calidad de la piel y el pelo. A nivel de articulaciones no he notado ninguna mejora. Lo tomo disuelto en café o leche ya que el sabor neutro no es muy agradable. La próxima vez probaré otro formato que tenga sabor.

Bovine collagen type 1 RAW Series unflavored. Although it is not totally neutral, but you add it to coffee and that's it.

A basic with a very good composition, with the most important, the peptides. Unflavored, it mixes perfectly with any milk drink, cream, or coffee. Great that by default it comes without dispenser.
