I don't know if it's me, but it doesn't have a neutral taste at all, it has a very strong flavor that tarnishes anything you put in it. In the end I have opted to take it directly with water and swallow.... At least I hope it helps my joints.
No se si soy yo, pero de sabor neutro nada, tiene un sabor muy fuerte que empaña cualquier cosa que le eches. Al final he optado por tomarlo directamente con agua y tragar... Por lo menos espero que me ayude con las articulaciones.

As with many other products in the Raw line, the specification "neutral" means that it has no added flavorings or sweeteners, so the product has its original flavor. Hydrolyzed collagen has a certain characteristic taste and odor, which is rather mild and lends itself to being added to juices, smoothies or coffee, but that does not mean that it is completely unnoticeable. Como ocurre con otros muchos productos de la línea Raw, la especificación "neutro" quiere decir que no tiene aromas o edulcorantes añadidos, por lo que el producto presenta su sabor original. El colágeno hidrolizado tiene cierto sabor y olor característico, el cual es más bien suave y se presta a ser añadido a zumos, batidos o café, pero eso no quiere decir que sea completamente imperceptible.
