We’ve got several bottles at home already, and it’s fine. It’s not that I notice anything, but the composition is good, and it’s basic. The 1 g pills are pretty big, a bit uncomfortable to swallow, and breaking them in half doesn’t help because with the peaks it’s almost worse. If you have trouble with the pills, buy 500 mg and take 2.

Llevamos en casa ya varios botes y bien. No es que note nada, pero la composición es buena, y es básico. Las pastillas de un gramo son grandotas, algo incomodas de tragar, y partirlas a la mitad tampoco ayuda porque con los picos es casi peor. Si te cuestan las pastillas, compra de 500mg y toma 2.

I eat a lot of fruit rich in vit c every day but I think that a reinforcement like these pills is very good especially in winter. They don't taste like nothing, they are very easy to take.
