I add it to my pre-workout

Beta-alanine is converted, when ingested, into Carnosine and this, in turn, considerably reduces metabolic acidity, reducing fatigue. I usually add 2 grams of caffeine and citrulline to my pre-workout, plus Korean ginseng. Unbeatable formula.

Convenient tablet format. Big and stiff but for me it is not a problem. It does not itch as in the powder format. Or maybe the body adapts. The effect is real and has become one of my favorites.
