Difficult to digest

Interesting supplement

Good as a supplement. It came to me as a gift and after 10-12 intakes I could say that it is noticeable in the last repetitions, something similar to creatine, although you never know 100% if it is a placebo thing or it really works, I at least when I have taken it I have noticed a certain push at the end of the series, but it does not work miracles.

Another way to take beta-alanine other than in powder form. It takes effect in a few minutes as soon as hands, feet and sometimes face start to itch. It has no taste. The tablets are quite large, but it is not a problem to take them.

Otra forma de tomar la beta-alanina que no sea en polvo. Hace efecto en pocos minutos en cuanto empiezan a picar manos, pies y a veces la cara. No tiene sabor. La pastillas son bastante grandes, pero no supone un problema a la hora de tomarlas.
