This magnesium comes great to provide that extra of this micronutrient so essential especially in terms of rest and fatigue. I recognize that the tablets are somewhat large if it is too much inconvenience for some people better to opt for bisglycinate which are smaller capsules. Unbeatable price.

Oversized tablets
I am not going to buy them again because I find them impossible to swallow. They have no film to make them easier to swallow so they are scratchy as they go down the throat and they are very very large. I think it would be nice to make them smaller.
No voy a volver a comprarlas porque me resulta imposible tragarlas. No tienen película para que sean más fácil de tragar por lo que van rascando al pasar por la garganta y son muy muy grandes. Creo que estaría bien hacerlas más pequeñas.

I usually take it in powder form, but I find this format more useful when I am away from home. However, the tablet is a bit large and, although I usually break it in half, I find it hard to digest.

I corrected my magnesium deficiency with this product. I just find the capsules a bit large, not as easy to swallow as would be ideal. Otherwise it's perfect and I should continue to use it.
Corrigi minha carência de magnésio com este produto. Só acho as capsulas um pouco grandes, não tão fáceis de engolir quanto seria o ideal. De resto é perfeito e devo continuar a usá-lo.
