Oversized capsules
I prefer magnesium citrate powder. I bought it for the convenience of being able to take it anywhere and swallow it with a little water, the bad thing is that the capsules are huge and their shape does not help to swallow them easily. They even hurt my throat when I swallow them. I will not buy them again in this presentation, I would prefer them in capsules, which are better to swallow.
Prefiero el citrato de magnesio en polvo. Lo compré por la comodidad de podértela llevar a cualquier parte y tragarla con un poco de agua, lo malo es que las cápsulas son enormes y su forma tampoco ayuda para poderlas tragar fácilmente. Incluso me hacen daño en la garganta al tragarlas. No las volveré a comprar con ésta presentación, las preferiría en cápsulas, que se tragan mejor.
